How much does it cost?
We keep pricing simple and transparent—no surprise fees, no scary fine print. Just pay for the space you need on a monthly basis, for as long as you need it. Discounts are available if you’d like to pre pay. Get a quote here or give us a buzz for the latest location based rates.
What sizes do you offer?
From “just the essentials” to “everything including the kitchen sink” we’ve got options from small, medium and large (click to see sizes at each site here). Whether you’re stashing skis, sofas or something in between, we’ll match you with a space.
When can I get to my stuff?
Check out the page for the local site you’re looking to store at for details but usually it’s 5AM – 10PM, 365 days a year. Come and go when it suits your schedule (not ours).
When is the office open?
Our online tools are always open where you can pretty much do everything. But if you want to speak to a real person based in Australia we’re open Monday to Friday 9 – 530 and Saturday 9 – 2.
Is it safe and secure?
We use the very latest tech including Bluetooth access which electronically logs when your unit is opened, CCTV and plenty of other gadgets to keep your stuff safe and sound. Our reviews speak for themselves. Rest easy, your belongings are in good hands.
How do payments work?
Pay month-to-month with zero lock-in. We accept all the usual suspects—card, direct debit, maybe even interpretive dance videos (kidding, mostly). Auto-pay keeps things seamless so you can set and forget.
If I want my Local Storage unit moved, can I?
The short answer is no – local storage units are put in place and not moved. We can always bring a mobile unit to our local storage centre for you to load into. Or if your storage hasn’t begun and that’s what you’re after, click here for our more portable options.
Can I get my items covered for theft or damage whilst in storage?

Can I share my Bluetooth key with others?
You sure can—just make sure it’s someone you trust (no shady exes, please). This feature is really handy for families, local businesses and last mile deliveries. Access is yours to control, so if you want to handover the “keys”, that’s totally your call.
