I was excited to get my TAXIBOX but abit disappointed cause I thought it would be abit wider or deeper… but I am happy I got most of my stuff that was in a storage unit in it ..but I have left over ( a lot of storage plastic containers ) We ordered another one it was so easy the person on the fone was great and understanding
Today my second TAXIBOX came super early it was awesome. I got to meet a very nice Eddie who was so helpful and polite ( I had talked to him on the fone another time when I couldn’t close the first box ) I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to store their stuff

Taxibox is an affordable, easy and convenient solution. Staff were amazing, helping us with change of plans, being flexible and offering more than affordable help when we needed it. So handy having the box both at our home to stack belongings, storage of the box at their depot, and then to our new place when we were ready. Definitely use taxibox again if we ever needed storage.

Eddie was great during drop off! Super friendly and clear communication so he dropped it exactly where we wanted it to maximise the driveway space and prioritise unloading convenience.

I've spent over $7k transitioning my stuff from Perth to Melbourne. I acknowledge I made a mistake by not 'signing in' - clicking a button on the email when I went to go check on my stuff in Melbourne. Although I didn't sign in - I spoke to three separate staff on the day. Nevertheless, I got hit with the $50 no show fee. I asked for some leniency given I did speak to staff so it was clear I was there, but no response. I followed up twice, still no response. I would be incredibly disappointed to receive a 'our policy is our policy response' - although I still see it as harsh, but no response at all is extremely poor customer service - its avoidant.
Update - Customer service was extremely communicative and Elsa resolved the issue in two days. Appreciate the leniancy and a broader view.
