We have just had our boxes delivered back to us after living overseas for two years. They arrived back exactly how we left them, not a bug in sight, wet spot or anything damp. Eddie delivered and picked up all four boxes, I have to say Eddie would have been one of the nicest people I’ve met, he was polite, varied to double check where we wanted them dropped as we were not home and doing it all very professionally in the rain! Our experience with TAXIBOX has been nothing but smooth. Excellent communication and customer service (shout out to Frank and Alex), good use of technology to track our box live, and I was genuinely impressed (and actually kinda surprised) how much I could fit in the box. Some lighter stuff moved a little but most boxes stayed in place and nothing was damaged in transport. Really happy with the TAXIBOX experience!
