Frank was unreal! It was bucketing down rain all morning for drop off, he greeted us with a smile and was so accomodating with the tricky driveway he had to navigate. In and out in a flash, no problems. A real pro!
In the afternoon (same day pick up) Frank was there with his big grin after copping rain all morning and then a 28 degree humid day, no fuss whatsoever picking up.

Had a box come from Perth to Melbourne. Arrived at 7.40am in the pouring rain on the narrow streets of Richmond. Out lept Frank with a massive smile and full of energy and he helped up unload everything, until the last thing was inside and he locked the box up and disappeared to make the next persons day!

Our moving from Melbourne to Brisbane could be easier. It was great to have Taxibox in or driveway for a few days and load our stuff at our pace. Our furniture arrived as expected, nothing was broken. Driver Danny was very lovely. He even gave our son a diecast of Taxibox truck.

Had a great experience with Taxibox - used them firstly to store a box for a few months then decided to use them for our move as we had a few days in between moving out and moving in to the new place. Booking was easy and did both online and over the phone. Scheduling of pick up also easy - we weren't sure if our delivery would be straight forward as new house doesn't have flat ground. Danny, who delivered our boxes, took a look at photos of the new place and was able to advise everyone delivery would be fine. He was so helpful and really helped when we were a bit stressed. Communication was great with delivery/pick up of boxes advised via text with tracking available.
I would definitely use them again and recommend for anyone else unsure.

Communication was given throughout all the steps, and felt I was really taken care of. I will recommend to my friends!
Amazing!! Delivered on time picked up on time and redelivered.. then picked up again!! On top of all this sent a refund for excess fees we paid. Perfect way to move and as we packed the lot not a thing was damaged!! Would not move with anyone else!!

My taxi box was dropped off just now. ( just after 10am Friday morning).
The traffic on the road outside the drop off point is hectic most weekdays, parking a car outside or even nearby is a difficult if you're lucky enough to find a parking space. For these reasons I had requested an afternoon drop off as after lunch the amount of traffic reduces and there are opportunities to park your car closer to where you need to be.
Good fortune shone on us with Steve the allocated delivery driver. Steve confidently managed the drop off easily. Skilfully placing the box in an almost-car-space I had only managed to secure minutes before his arrival. Thnx Steve I appreciate what you've done this morning.
Taxibox was the perfect service I needed for my move. I don’t drive and I had a week gap in between rentals, so it was super handy having taxiboxes delivered/collected and stored in between. I cannot speak highly enough of my excellent experience with TaxiBoxes and in particular Nathan Brown who dropped off and collected the two boxes I used. Also Liz who scheduled everything was incredibly patient with me but also very accommodating, seeking out best rates and arrangements as my needs changed over the course of the engagement. But back to Nathan Brown whose excellent customer service went above and beyond with his cheery disposition and can-do attitude. The whole thing exceeded my expectations with Nathan and Liz delivering a seamless experience between them!! It was my first time trying TaxiBox and I would recommend this service to any older person (I’m 62) who needs time to pack down a house slowly and not face the intensity of a move in one day which can cause too much stress and anxiety and potentially lead to injury as you hurry to meet the deadline. Being able to see progress over the course of a couple of weeks meant I felt in control the whole time and that was important to me. The whole process was excellent and very flexible to my needs and importantly affordable, with me able to call in assistance from friends and family to do the heavy lifting and thereby save on my labour costs.
