Overall I was very satisfied. The concept worked well for me (self loading/unloading) and service in Adelaide and Perth (including storage). A surprise change of access in Canning Vale (told by staff I had one hour less than confirmed to access boxes) did affect my plans. I did have minor issues with the online website booking (more trsting my repeat the same for you). Staff (driver pick-up) in Adelaide and over the phone (Perth) were excellent. Much appreciated.
