Fetch by TAXIBOX lets you save on delivery fees by doing it yourself. Pick up an empty TAXIBOX from our facility, fill it, and return it the same day – fully loaded and ready for storage. Total control, zero delivery fees.

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a full standard driver’s licence for at least 2 consecutive years. Every driver is required to present and photocopy both sides of their driver’s licence upon pickup.

(Say goodbye to your youth, as you know you’re officially an adult when you drive your first truck)

The fastest way to book is through our online booking form. Lock it in instantly, no back and forth. Please note that this is only available in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

You can pick up one TAXIBOX at a time. (Anymore and you would need a truck driving licence and one of our 5 X TAXIBOX trucks… which we don’t offer for hire…yet… but if that sounds like fun? Join our driving team! )

The standard hire period is for a full day and starts from 8am. You’ll need to return the Fetch truck by:

• 4.00 pm on weekdays
• 1.00pm on Saturdays

Please note: the mini truck can only be taken during office hours and must not be kept overnight.

• The service is free for up to a full day, starting from 8am.
• The mini truck must be refuelled and returned by 4pm on weekdays, and 1pm on Saturdays.
• If you pass through tolls without an e-tag, a $25 fee per toll will apply.
• Loss of keys will be a $250 charge.

Customers are responsible for refuelling the Fetch truck with diesel. If the truck isn’t returned with a full tank, a $100 fee will be charged. Additionally, any damages or fines incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the client.

Currently, Fetch by TAXIBOX is available in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. However, we are excited to announce that we will be launching in other states soon! So tell your friends… seriously, you will get a referral reward!

The Fetch mini truck is designed for ease of use, offering:

• Automatic transmission
• Diesel fuel for any heavy loads and steep hills
• Air conditioning for when you break a sweat moving your partners cosmetics boxes
• GPS for seamless navigation… (ok boomer. Google Maps is your friend, friend)
• Seats 3 people in the front cabin… (and as many mates as you can sardine in the back… we do not condone this!)
• A handy ramp and box trolley
