Our street is basically the obstacle course version of suburban parking - narrow, winding, and lined with cars like a real-life game of Tetris. I went out to meet the truck and lost sight of it amongst the chaos of parked cars.
I needn’t have worried as several minutes later I catch sight of Frank (not even slightly rattled) calmly forklifting a box the whole way back down the street like some kind of logistics ninja, navigating the tightest carport entrance known to humanity. He places everything perfectly - No fuss, no stress, just impressive skill and good humour the whole time.
Honestly, the manoeuvring alone was worth five stars. If Taxi Box ever introduces forklift ballet as a sport, Frank is already Olympic-ready. Absolute legend - thanks Frank! 🚛📦👏

We were communicated with during every part, texts 30 minutes before pickups and drop offs made it extremely convenient with a map tracking link.

Didn’t have a good start when ordering the Taxibox. Elsa in the office showed me it was probably a one off and she was very helpful. Then Eddie first thing on a Monday showed me at least the company hires good workers. Eddie did a walkthrough, knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently, all whilst looking after traffic around him. Elsa mad a 3 star rating go to a 4 and Eddie made it go to a 5.
I’d use Taxibox again if I had those two helping me out.

I had a positive experience with every Taxibox employee I dealt with in person and by phone from the day I ordered my Taxibox, right through the almost 2 years they stored my Taxibox for me, until I recently had my Taxibox redelivered, emptied and returned. Not only is it a great business idea and amazing convenience, the staff both on the phone and when picking up the Taxibox are incredibly helpful, and will go out of their way to propose solutions to your pack. Make sure you don’t overload!!!
