Good ol' Frank this morning was am absolutely champion. He was punctual. Courteous, helpful, he explained everything and howbit all worked which was great for a first time taxi boxer like myself.
Frank's was friendly too which was nice seeing it was so early in the morning. His demeanour made such a gruelling morning task not so bad.

It was a local move & these guys took alot of the stress out of it. Working full time & trying to pack a house is hard enough without boxes & clutter in the way. This made it so much easier.

Very professional business. Great communication and easy delivery for 2 x boxes. Moved suburbs into our new home gradually . Benny, deliveryman, was brilliant. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend these guys!!
The service is great - so helpful we can have boxes delivered to us and then taken back to storage all for a low cost. The delivery was easy and the staff member Nathan was more than allocating, providing us assistance and talking us through the process which we needed - making it stress free. Will definitely be recommending the service to others.
I've used Taxibox several times and have always found them excellent. I've had box in storage, a box to keep onsite and a box to move from A to B. Having the box to load in my own time onsite was very convenient. I've found them cost effective, high quality and always great customer service. The updates on driver whereabouts are super helpful. We used taxi box because we were in between moving house. The pick up address was a tricky driveway and watching Danny manoeuvre the fork lift was poetry in motion!
The pods were easy to pack and whilst small, hold a surprising amount. I would recommend using taxi box if you need storage. Great service and big shout out to Danny- wonderful customer service.

I used Taxibox during my home renovation. We needed additional storage space while we renovated our house and Taxibox was the perfect solution. I specifically chose Taxibox because their containers were perfectly sized to fit under my carport. I used their services for just over 12 months and it was so simple and seamless. From the time I booked until the time it was returned it was a very simple process. They have a great online portal which made it very easy to check my billing and organise the final pickup. Frank dropped off and picked up the unit and was very friendly and helpful to ensure the unit was delivered and returned without any issue. The delivery and pickup tracking notifications was also something I found useful as I knew exactly when they were going to arrive.
Overall I was extremely pleased with the Taxibox service and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing temporary storage services.

We could not be happier with the complete service provided by Taxiboxes. We stored our 3 boxes in our garden during a home renovation and the pricing, simplicity of booking and communication was thorough and easy.
