Eddie was absolutely superb!
Our normally VERY quiet cul-de-sac was chaos today—packed with cars, trade vehicles, and trucks but he remained incredibly patient and understanding the entire time.
His forklift skills were next level. He managed to get the box right to our doorstep down a long rear driveway, saving me a huge amount of time and effort not having to move furniture very far.
Super impressed—couldn’t be happier (Doggo also gave his paw of approval)

Rhe box was delivered on time but the only suggestion I have is that the customer needs to be informed at least 30 minutes in advance as rhe tracking jeeps changibg every minute

Excellent service from the manager and very easy to access boxes in various sizes. Location good. We stored furniture after an international move in two boxes for 9 months and had to go and grab things from time to time. The setup and security is first class and the location was perfect for us.

Overall I was very satisfied. The concept worked well for me (self loading/unloading) and service in Adelaide and Perth (including storage). A surprise change of access in Canning Vale (told by staff I had one hour less than confirmed to access boxes) did affect my plans. I did have minor issues with the online website booking (more trsting my repeat the same for you). Staff (driver pick-up) in Adelaide and over the phone (Perth) were excellent. Much appreciated.
