The web link gave accurate information about when he would arrive, and when he did he put me at ease, talked me through the basics, and then managed to drive a forklift with a container on it off a busy road and down a narrow driveway (twice!) He then gave me some useful advice about how best to pack the containers, and made the start of a stressful day easy
Absolutely great service. Easy quote, followed by a call to align on drop off and pick up and live tracking. Plenty of heads up and customer support is also great. Thank you for making the most stressful aspect of an interstate move easy.
Honestly was so happy with them so quick and cheap and really nice to deal with parked me in I called that they came straight back even though it was my fault.

We heard a lot of positives about TAXIBOX from friends who had used them for their interstate move. We initially thought it was just a lot of hype. I mean…can a removalist company really be that great?! Answer: ABSOLUTELY!! What a brilliant service! And Kris, our driver, so personable. Treated us like old friends not just customers. What an excellent service. Kept you informed via text and url link to delivery time. Boxes all brand new in beautiful state. Corey great to chat with in getting it all right. He certainly knows how to maneuver that fork lift. Cares to line everything up and even chocked the ones that rocked a bit because of slope of the land. An impressive service, and half the price of similar capacity of shipping containers. This was five containers for a 4 bedroom house plus study. The whole delivery setting up process was less than an hour. Recommended.
Phil delivered the box early morning and we could start packing early. He did a great job placing the box near my garage which is a tight spot. He was friendly and helpful.
