I ordered 4 taxiboxes to be delivered and loaded. The delivery driver, Eddie, was great. He checked with me about where to put everything and helped make sure the boxes were out of my neighbour’s way. The crew showed up to load shortly after. They were efficient and friendly. I had to add one additional box for a few days later, which was a smooth process after a quick phone call. Will definitely use them again in the future when I move again.
Adam was great, very friendly and accomodating of my challenging driveway, positioned the taxi box in the exact location I needed with no fuss.

Very efficient service! They confirmed everything last night and I knew within a two hour window when they were going to arrive. Phil contacted me as promised when he was 15 minutes away, and turned up, Professional professionally unloaded the Taxibox, showed me how it all worked and gave me a few tips etc. Amazing service, definitely would recommend.
Only had the delivery, but how good was that. Good communication the day before with a delivery window time, message this morning and live tracking leading up to delivery … excellent! The delivery driver, Con, what a great advertisement for the company. Friendly, knows his job and very accommodating with TaxiBox placement. 10/10 so far!!

Super easy, booked in a box to be packed in Brisbane and delivered to Melbourne. Very cost effective! Friendly staff and none of our items were damaged.
