The delivery and collection of the Taxi Boxes was seamless. The drivers and operational staff were professional, efficient and easy to deal with throughout the process.
Unfortunately, customer service was disappointing. On several occasions the representative spoke over me rather than listening, which made resolving issues unnecessarily frustrating.
On the day of the unpacking service, I requested a narrower arrival window. I was advised this could not be provided due to “privacy reasons”, despite the booking being my own. This explanation made little sense and was unhelpful.
While the unpackers themselves were professional, I was given a six-hour arrival window and they did not arrive until after dark. Given the move involved my disabled and visually impaired brother, commencing unpacking in the evening was far from ideal.
Excellent operational staff. Poor customer service and scheduling. I have reduced my rating accordingly.

My experience with Taxibox was good.
Everyone I spoke to within the organization communicated really well. They were also punctual at delivering and picking up our taxi boxes.
I would recommended that the taxibox storage units be made more durable and about 300mm wider at least, with a detachable ramp ( to aid safer loading and unloading of goods into/from the units.
