The staff were great however I wasn’t happy with the price. You had options for free delivery of the taxi box during week days but when I needed the box returned it was double the price. I think that’s sneaky. It would have been better to have a set price for delivery/pick up and return - that way people know what they will pay up front

I've used Taxibox for moving both a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom unit, and I've had a great experience each time.
Its nice being able to move at my own pace. Having a whole week to load and unload, at no extra charge, takes so much of the stress out of moving. No rushing around trying to get everything done in a single weekend!
You can also fit a surprising amount in, if you're good at playing a bit of Tetris! 😂
For example, I managed to fit in a single mattress, medium-sized fridge, RackIt shelving unit, bookshelves, 2 x outdoor benches, an outdoor dining table, a 2-seater sofa bed with cushions, 2 x large suitcases, 2 x 50L storage tubs, and heaps of bags of clothes and other random stuff.
Overall, TAXIBOX has been a convenient, flexible and stress-free way to move locally. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who prefers to take their time. The staff have all been extremely helpful and friendly.

Would definitely use TAXIBOX Local again. Firstly, setting everything up online was a piece of cake. Drive up access is incredible, you don't have to deal with anyone or wait for random opening hours. Jeremy was super helpful anytime I had any questions. Very easy app to be able to open the gates and padlock, so you don't have to worry about losing the keys to the lock up unit. If I was ever to need storage again, I would definitely be back. Thanks team - great idea!
