Organising Re-delivery

When you need your TAXIBOX back – redelivered to your door, (how good’s that!) – we need a bit of a heads-up. Please let our team know at least 7 days ahead of time for local re-deliveries, or 14 days ahead of time for interstate deliveries.

Your re-delivery fee will vary depending on where you live and how long you’re storing your stuff with us. To confirm your re-delivery fees and your service area, fill out our re-delivery form via our customer portal. All your fees will be confirmed as you fill out your form. Hey, you might even find a discount while you’re there… the all-knowing customer portal will give you the rundown.
