The same applies to the re-delivery of your Taxibox. You can request a re-delivery on the online request form or call us on our main phone number. If you want to reschedule the delivery of your Taxibox, we ask our clients to give us at least one week notice, especially during the holidays.
Storing your items in a Taxibox is more secure than storing them in a basic storage unit. The Taxibox is sealed and locked before we pick it up, but afterwards it is also stored in our secured storage facility. This way Taxibox can ensure that your items are always safe and secure.
Taxibox can also help you to insure items you intend to store. When you use our onsite storage option, it is highly likely that the items will fall under your existing insurance coverage. However, it is always recommended to check with your insurance company and see if these items are covered in case of theft.
