Customers can gain access to our storage facility six days a week, but must give us 24-hour notice before visiting. We currently store a large amount of Taxiboxes. In order to give you the fast and excellent service you deserve, we need that 24-hour notice so that we can prepare your Taxibox for your visit.
There is also an additional option for customers who do not want to drive to gain access to their Taxibox in storage. Taxibox offers a redelivery service, where customers call up and request the redelivery of their storage unit. One of our drivers will then transport the unit back from our storage facility to your doorstep. The redelivery is usually accompanied by a small fee. However, customers who have stored their unit with us for a period of three months get a free redelivery from us.
There are certain objects and items that cannot be stored in the Taxibox, this in order to guarantee your own safety, the safety of our staff and other Taxiboxes stored in our facility.
Taxibox requests that you do not store any of the following items in the mobile storage unit: flammables, hazardous goods, firearms, munition, goods of an explosive nature, toxins, polluted items or objects, contaminated goods, living plants and animals, foods, perishables, illegal goods and waste.
Most of the disallowed goods are pretty straightforward. However, we do understand that some items can seem unclear. So if you have any questions about a certain item or object, do not hesitate to call us for additional information.
Our company also offers some packing supplies on the website as well. We offer common packing supplies, such as cardboard boxes and bubble wrap, but also uncommon packing supplies such as moving blankets and mattress covers.
For customers who need a considerable amount of packing supplies, we recommend having a look at our discount packages. By choosing one of these packages, you will save a considerable amount of money. Customers who order one of our packing supplies packages or have purchased some packing supplies individually, will get their packing supplies with their delivered Taxibox. By doing so, customers do not have to find additional space for their packing supplies until the Taxibox arrives and they can get started right away.
